A bug is a term used by software engineers to refer to problem in the code. Psychologically, a bug does exist in human thought process as well. More bugs in thinking means more errors a person could make throughout their life's. Elliot mentioned that everyone has a bug and the key to protecting yourself is by closing yourself off and not showing your source code.
Blackmail: a psychological technique often used in daily life where one person threatens another in order to gain something. Oliver Parker has been blackmailed by the Dark Army to insert the CD into Allsafe's network in return, Ollie won't be exposed for his infidelities with other women.
